old rca fullrange 8" speaker mechanism MI-6319. i believe this to be from the early 1940s.
has an output transformer mounted to the basket.
speaker actually works and sounds pretty good with no audible distortion but is kinda rough. there is some surface rust on the basket and the cone has a small hole in it and obviously got wet at some point as it has some waviness to it. however ther does not seem to be any VC rub.
looks to have about a 2" voice coil
