Never seen anything like this. It's a picnic cooler that has a radio. It is brand new - still in original box. It says "Citizens Bank" on the front with the bank logo. It works either on a 6volt battery (not included) or a power adapter (not included). It measures approximately 11" by 8.5" by 8"H. It is bright green and the radio and dials are black - see close-up. It has a black carry handle. There is a descriptive and informational sheet inside about use. Very cool - no pun intended.......
