Merchandise Condition: All merchandise sold is BRAND NEW - NEVER USED and shipped in manufacturer's packaging.
Expectations of Our Customers:
We expect the high bidder to make contact within 3 business days of the end of the auction, and reserve the right to re-list the item after that period without further notice. Non-payers will be reported to eBay.
Receipt of Payment:
Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction. We offer consolidated shipping when items are paid for and shipped together.

Shipping: We ship to US and Canada ONLY. No shipments outside of the US Canada.
US Shipments:
US buyers pay flat shipping charge for each item. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US shipment is generally made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours, please send us an email.
Canadian Shipments:
Canadian buyers pay a flat shipping charge for each item. Canadian orders are shipped via US Postal Service Global Express Mail. Global Express Mail is the only US Mail service that provides expedited service and tracking to Canadian addresses. US Mail also offers reduced customs charges which UPS and FEDEX do not provide. We do not offer any other shipping services to Canada, so please do not ask for an exception. Canadian shipments are shipped once per week, so please be patient. Tracking information will be provided to buyer when the item is shipped.
Returns/Exchanges:
We provide a 30-day DOA Replacement return policy on this product. In the event that your purchase is defective within 30 days of delivery, we will accept return of the product and send a replacement. Free exchanges are provided for DOA and warranty merchandise, although buyer must always pay for return shipping. The items must be returned in NEW condition in the original packaging. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any merchandise.
