Warranty RETURNS:
All units will be factory sealed and carry original manufacturer warranty.
All brand new items can not be returned, unless damaged in transit. In case a unit is damaged in transit, you must refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
On receipt of the item, please inspect the package for visible shipping damage. If the box appears to be damaged, refuse the item. Do not open damaged boxes. Contact us immediately via e-mail in the event of any type of damage to your item. If possible, please provide photographs of the damage.
For Items Shipped via Freight: Please inspect the item in front of the carrier when the item is delivered. It the item appears to be damaged, refuse delivery.
Any brand new item opened and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
Customer is responsible for any shipping charges during the warranty period.
