I bought this used. I hooked it up and everything works fine. The only things that are missing out of the box is a 2 ft coax cable and a 3 way coax cable splitter. Everything else is there. What you see is what you get.

I guarantee it works but i can't guarantee you can install it without carefully reading the instructions.
