I received this Tivo as a gift but never used it or activated it as we don't watch a lot of TV.
Recently, we decided to use it and took it out of the box to set it up, but chose to go with our Verizon Fios service to keep everything on one bill. It has all of the instructions, wires and remote. You'll just need to select your plan when you set this up.
