I purchased this television in November of 2005. I bought it at Sam's Club here in Brooksville, Fl. The original cost was $3300 plus tax. I purchased an extended warranty from warrantybynet.com for $336.00. The extended warranty added four years after the expiration of the 12 month manufacturers warranty. The warranty is transferrable and is good until 11/10/2010. The TV has never had any problem whatsoever. There are no scratches or dings and the screen is in perfect condition. The stand is the original stand that came with the TV and it is included in this sale. The stand (which is really nice by the way) is made for this TV only as the set attatches right to it. I have not had to change the bulb as it still works fine. The bulbs are no longer in the $400 range. It can be had for $129 right here on EBAY. This bulb information is an FYI only as this TV needs nothing. This auction is for local pick up only. I can't deliver the TV. We live right off of Rt. 41 about 6 miles South of Brooksville in Masaryktown. I have the remote and owners manual as well as the information to transfer the warranty. I think the transfer is free but if not I will pay the fee to do so. Oh yeah the warranty is a zero deductible. Below is some information about the set that I copied and pasted from the net.
