We ship using standard ground services and we do not have the ability to ship by any other method. We are constantly growing and developing new systems and have a few restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause We only ship ground service and this usually takes between 2-7 business days depending on where you live. Shipping Costs are fixed and clearly stated on each listing, we do combine shipping under most circumstances. We have multiple facilities, and cannot guarantee that everything ships from the same location. We rarely can ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. We can only ship to confirmed paypal address per paypal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements. We cannot ship with third party tags. ie: your fedex/ups account . If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carriers web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. In most cases the products here are store returns that are in perfect or near perfect condition and offer a very high value to the customer. In most cases, the only thing "wrong" with returns is that they have been opened. We offer the best, virtually new merchandise to consumers via the Internet by determining the quality during our inspection process. Part of our value premise is that we certify the quality _ or clearly state and describe any slight defects this in turn would be reflected in the resale price. We have a very talented staff of Value analysts that meticulously inspect every item that we list on Ebay. . This detailed product analysis ensures that what you see is what you get . We take our reputation very seriously.
Most of the items that are tested are tested for basic functionality only. We cannot test for every feature that some of the electronic items come with and state, in the listing, what was done and what we know.We do not accept returns if an item is clearly listed as defective and you are unable to repair it, or have the item serviced. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! Often it becomes necessary to list things as untested because we do not have the proper electrical/water ect hookup. Unfortunately we call these items "untested" and make no guarantees about their functionality. Again all sales are final so please take that into account when bidding we cannot accept any returns on items that we do not guarantee to be fully functional. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Returns: Because of the special price or discount you receive, we only sell an item once. Like all returns facilities, all sales are final. We only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong item or if the item was grossly misrepresented . In this case, please contact us by email within 48 hours and we will try and resolve as best as possible. We are not responsible for the return shipping on any item. We reserve the right to replace before refund. If it is determined that we have made a mistake then we will issue the rma (return merchandise authorization) by email and the listing will be replaced/refunded in its entirety when the item arrives back here for inspection. All returns must have an rma number on the outside of the box, items received without an rma number will be ignored and resold or refused. We charge $7-10 on all pickups.

I Expect All Winning Bids to be Honored
RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, full payment, including all shipping and insurance charges, is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 10 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 10 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: I am committed to completing the transaction. I hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, I reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of collection services.
COMPENSATION: Should the winning bidder default on completing the transaction, I reserve the alternative to assess and collect a restocking fee as compensation for fees and holding costs related to the incomplete transaction. The restocking fee will amount to $10 + 20 percent of the sale price.
