Insurance Required? Yes. Insurance fees are based on prevailing industry rates: US $1.50 for items that sell from US $100.01 - $300 and US $0.50 for each additional US $100.00 of the sale price of the item. Insurance for items selling under US $100.00 is free. Insurance will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Handling Fee: US $2.85. This non-refundable amount is included in the shipping total when you checkout.
