US BIDDERS:
We ship through DHL or USPS depending on the weight and size of the item.

Payments
We gladly accepts payment via Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) over the phone. Money Order, and Cashiers Checks thru the mail. If you are Paying thru PayPal you MUST have a Confirmed address, International or Domestic, if not please call us to pay over the phone with your Credit Card or Other. If you are an International Buyer and are paying thru PayPal you MUST have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS if not there will be a 14 day wait to ship while payment clears the account. Please see the Shipping Policy for Details. Payment or Pickup must be completed within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid or Not Picked up auctions will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Any auctions in which you win and decide not to complete for what ever reason requires a 12$ processing fee. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, you must notify us in advance, and the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven (7) days.
Shipping
Process Time: We will process and ship your order within 5 business days(Sat, Sun are none shipping nor business days)after confirmation of your payment. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you when it becomes available, if you checked out and gave no e-mail there will be no tracking information sent.
If you check-out Saturday through Friday, we will do our best to process your order the next business day. If you check-out on Friday or Saturday, we will process your order on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.
International Payments:
If you pay with PAYPAL and your address is UNCONFIRMED or YOU ARE INELIGIBLE for Paypal Protection, there will be a 14 DAY CLEARANCE PERIOD for the payment to clear. It may say Verified but thats only telling you, that you are recognized by PAYPAL. If I ship it to this address, PAYPAL will not cover us with the Protection Policy Coverage. This only Protect's Both You and I. If your CC was lost or stolen, and the thief logged in and made the payment then asked it to be shipped to a Different address (an Unconfirmed address) and I shipped it without waiting the period stated, you would soon see the error on your CC statement and cancel it and I would be out the Money and the item. Not GOOD for ME. Therefore we wait to confirm that it is Real, True and Good. Please if you don't feel good with this, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I will not take it personally. Thank You QuikDROP Shipping Rates: Local Pick-Up Handling Fee: $5.00 to $20.00, please call to schedule, some items are at our Warehouse location. In general, our flat rate shipping covers all states in the US except Alaska, Hawaii and PR. Please contact us for a quote to these states or province, or for international rates. When local pickup is the option, please add the tax and local pick-up handling fee to your total cost.
Returns
We will glady accept return of the goods only if they are not exactly as described in this listing. Returns are accepted within 3 days from the time you receive the item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, or a refund will not be granted. The item must be shipped to us within 7 days of receiving refund approval. The goods are inspected to ensure ownership and a refund will be provided. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging, in original condition, and include all packaging material. If a refund is desired, we will refund your full purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. Shipping is non refundable. Please contact us with any questions or concerns in advance. E-mail flwin@theebayguys.com within 48 hours for a R.A. (Return Authorization).
