Electronics Return Policy:
· Defective returns are eligible for return only within 20 days from date of purchase. Please contact us so we can authorize return and replace product/s within the time frame.
· Defective products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
· Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return so please make sure that you are purchasing the right products. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at selling price less a 15% restocking fee.
· Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
· Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
