I will only accept Paypal and will not ship until payment has been received. WINNING BIDDER MUST MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITHIN 3 DAYS. If a payment has not been received within five (5) days after the auction has ended, then the item will be re-listed and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be issued. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country this cost is not covered.
