Only defective products within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or store credit only (NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN) through our RMA Only. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be filled out within 30 days before any defective and/or damaged goods may be returned. The RMA option automatically will be disabled 30 days after the auction has been closed for all items. After the 30th day, we will NOT exchange or give store credit to any defective and/or damaged products with or without an RMA. All defective products must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging. We will not accept any returns that do not meet all of these requirements.
