PHILIPS GA212 Turntable w/AT96E Cartridge & Manual
PLEASE READ AUCTION TERMS BEFORE YOU BID!
Submitted for your approval is this Philips GA-212 complete with an Audio Technica AT96E cartridge. Cartridge has unknown wear but plays back great! Unit measures 19 x 13 x 6 inches with dustcover on and weighs approximately 15 lbs before box and packing. Serial # 13810488. Made in Holland. Includes original Owners manual.
Cosmetics: Excellent! Unit shows light wear but no dents, dings or deep scratches. All lights and indicators function as designed, all feet firmly attached. Dustcover shows some very light swirling but no cracks, dings or deep scratches. See all pics for more details.
Operation: Excellent! Cueing switch works fine. Speed adjustments for both 33 and 45 RPM work as designed. This is a very good sounding Turntable.
We are careful turntable packers. Platter, Plinth and Dustcover are all separately boxed, cushioned and packed and placed into a master pack box. The extra time, weight and materials required to safely ship your turntable are reflected in the shipping and handling charges.
Local pick-up in Eastern Los Angeles County (near the Fairgrounds) is OK on a cash-and-carry basis.

SHIPPING, PACKING and INSURANCE
We ship on Wednesday. If payment is received and cleared before 12PM PST on Wednesday, your item will ship that day. If payment is received after the cut off it will ship the following week. The shipping calculator at the bottom of the page calculates shipping costs by weight and distance from Southern California. All items receive a tracking number. UPS shipping includes insurance. Optional Insurance for USPS shipping costs $1.70 per $50.00 of merchandise value. WE RECOMMEND INSURANCE FOR ALL USPS SHIPPING!All shipping costs also include a handling charge to offset the costs of boxes, foam and peanut packing, bubble wrap and other supplies that we use when carefully packing your item. This amount varies with the item-one book obviously takes a lot less packing than 50 pounds of a double boxed and cushioned amplifier. For those of you who believe these items have a cost of pennies, we implore you to check out the pricing on eBay or (shudder) your local box and ship store.MEDIA MAIL is inexpensive but can take a long time to reach you. Count on at least 10 to 14 working days from shipment before your item arrives, often longer.
RETURNSReturns: All items are sold AS IS. If you feel your item is not as described or photographed, please contact us and we will come to a fair and equitable solution. However, shipping is never refundable as the USPS, UPS, etc. do not offer refunds. Uninsured items never qualify for a refund.
