We accept Pay Pal, money orders and personal checks. Funds must be payable in US dollars.

SHIPPING
This product ships to the 48 contiguous states by freight truck only.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.

"Curbside Delivery Only" provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. Lift gate on truck is not provided. If requested, the customer is responsible for charges by the freight company. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour delivery period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of order. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges, such as a lift gate request or alternative delivery site due to community delivery restrictions.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available on this item.
Maryland 6% Sales Tax and $10.00 handling fee applies on all local pick ups - No Exceptions
No shipping charges on local pickups.
By appointment only Monday through Friday between 11am and 4pm. No weekend or holiday pickups. Pickups must be paid for with cash or a US postal money order. Pay Pal and personal or business checks are not accepted for local pickups. TVs which do not include the original factory box will be ready for pickup without a box. We provide bubble wrap and cardboard.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Many of our items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty as the majority of our customers have successfully called the manufacturer to register the item and activate the warranty. While we cannot guarantee this, most OPEN BOX MINT and FACTORY SEALED ITEMS can be registered and warranted because they are not registered.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Items may be returned within 7 days under the following terms: restocking fee of 15% is applied unless the item is significantly not as described. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returned item must be received in original condition with all parts or a 30% damaged item fee will be applied. Significantly damaged items are not accepted for return.
Slightly mistreated original boxes are not a reason for a return. Items not marked as BRAND NEW AND FACTORY SEALED may be opened to check functionality, photograph the item, or inventory accessories.
Damaged during shipping requires that the damage be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Failure to report the damage within the 5 day period will not be accepted. In the event of damage during shipping the shipping company may take 3 weeks to process a claim. All damaged during shipping claims will be refunded once the claim is approved.
We do our best to make sure all items are listed accurately but some minor cosmetic blemishes may go unnoticed.
