This is a pair of brand new factory sealed, never been opened Ultra Linear 12 inch subwoofers with an included Ultra Linear subwoofer box which retails for $449.99 plus tax. This Ultra Linear enclosure handles 1000 watts RMS of power you would only expect from enclosures costing 2 to 3 times as much. It comes loaded and prewired with two 12 inch high performance 4 ohm subwoofers. This saves you precious time and about $75 by not having to fabricate your own box. As for the construction, the computer-aided design enclosure is manufactured with 5/8 MDF (medium density fiberboard. All seams are dado cut, stapled and sealed with anti-vibratory caulk, not glue. It is upholstered with heavy duty aviation grade carpet. All edges are rounded, helping eliminate corner dings and carpet tear.
