Returns / Echanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. All purchases are considered Final Sale and "as-is", and we will not accept any returns. The only exception to this is in the case of shipping damage. If Fedex damages the unit during shipping, we will offer you a replacement(or refund, if unavailable), and handle the fedex claim ourselves. In order to receive this, the unit itself has to be physically damaged, not just the box or packaging. Upon making that claim, Fedex will come back and pick up the unit to return to us. When we receive the damaged item, your replacement / refund will be processed within 1 business day if possible.
Shipping
We use Fedex Exclusively. If anything comes up, contact me, and I will use Fedex's customer service to help correct any problem that arrises. The flat rate you see offered is for Fedex's Home delivery service or for business's Fedex's Standard Ground Service. If you are a business, you need to let me know at the time of purchase so I can ship it using the proper service. If no mention is made, I ASSUME IM SHIPPING TO A RESIDENCE. If you need to get it faster, I will use a higher service upon request, but you will be responsible for ANY extra fees before I ship out the product. I generally ship out items the same day if they come in before 12 noon (EST), or the next business day if it comes after that time.
Payment and communication
If you do not pay via paypal immediately, then I need to be contacted within 1 business day. I am very easy going as far as payment is concerned, but you need to maintain communication with me, so I know when and how you expect to pay. I'd like all payments to be made or sent out within 3 business days, unless you have contacted me for an extension (and received the OK). I accept:

Credit Cards - I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and will take them over the phone if you would like.
Money order / Cashiers Check - This delays shipping until they have cleared completly.
Feedback
Feedback is a very important part of the ebay experience, and I take it very seriously. The following are my general policies on feedback:
I will leave feedback only after you have received the item, and have left me feedback. If I dont do this, many casual buyers will forget to leave me feedback, and my score wont go up... :(
I almost always leave feedback within 24 hours of receiving it.
I leave the same rating as I receive. I have this policy to protect myself from buyers that are over-critical, or uncooperative. Problems may arrise, I will always go above and beyond to make my customers happy, but please contact me with any concerns BEFORE leaving negative feedback.
Any vulgar or threatening / demanding emails towards me will result in an immediate negative feedback. I will always be polite and courteous in my communications, and will expect the same in return.
