Sales Policy
We will contact all buyers via e-mail shortly after the item has been purchased. All instructions for completion of the sale will be included in the e-mail notification.
Your other email communications will be handled during regular business hours, Mon-Fri 8:am-5pm PT. As a business we are closed weekends and holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you, your online email system or your ISP utilize SPAM Blocking Software, you may be restricting our ability to communicate with you via email.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the eBay purchase or the order will automatically be voided. There are NO exceptions.
If item is shipped to any address within the state of California, we are required by law to collect Sales Tax at the rate of 8.25% on product + S/H, FOB Origin. NOTE: California Reseller Certificates are NOT Accepted.
We know you won't do this, but if a buyer fails to pay within 7 days an Un-Paid Item notice will be filed with eBay.
Warranty - Confirmed defective items replaced at no charge during 30-Day warranty period. Prepaid return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for any warranty service. Seller to pay for shipment of replacement item back to buyer when item is confirmed to be defective. There is no direct manufacturer warranty on this item, however there is an offer for up to a three year extended warranty at the end of our eBay ad description.

Shipping Terms - Domestic Orders
Most orders will ship the same or next business day after receipt of verifiable payment or clearance of PayPal E-Check, (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). Note: Some international orders will take 48hrs before shipment.
The standard domestic Shipping / Handling charge covers professional packaging and shipment via USPS Parcel Post 3-10 Business day service to the 50 United States PR.
Other domestic and internationals shipping options are available as listed at the end of the auction posting in the Shipping and Handling area.
Please add $3.00 for the special handling and customs documentation preparations required for APO/FPO addresses.
Special International Shipment Notes
The standard international shipping charge is for USPS International First Class Air Mail and subject to USPS and your country's and local government's Postal/Mail Service limitations on this service.
While the S/H charge covers professional packaging and rapid shipment of your package, USPS First Class Air Mail International service does not provide for live door to door tracking and can take up to 3-4 weeks or more for delivery in some areas.
If online tracking or more rapid delivery is important to you, we do suggest you select an upgraded international shipping service like Priority Mail International at the costs listed at the end of the ad posting.
Your Shipping Handling charge does NOT include any and all applicable import brokerage fees, duties or taxes levied by your home country. You will be responsible for these additional costs if charged at delivery. Please check with your local Post Office or Customs agency to find out what these cost may be before making your purchase.
It is illegal to mark items purchased on eBay as a "Gift" or reduce the value on a Customs Form or Invoice. We will NOT break the law, please do not ask.
Tracking Information
Domestic - Shipments to the United States and PR are sent with USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers that can bee seen online at www.usps.com. These are NOT live door to door tracking numbers and sometimes are only updated AFTER an item is delivered.
International - First Class Air Mail International shipments are sent with Barcoded USPS Customs Declaration forms attached. These are NOT live door to door tracking numbers, but shipment acceptance information can be seen on the www.usps.com web site. Additional information may be updated online when the item clears foreign customs.
International Priority Mail - When this optional shipping method is chosen packages do have much greater online tracking at the www.usps.com web site. The level of details will vary with each country.
Canadian Orders - Additional tracking for shipments to Canada can be found using this link to the Canada Post web site: www.canadapost.ca/segment-e.asp
Email Notification - All notifications of shipment with any tracking or package information are sent via email to your eBay/PayPal registered email address at the time of purchase. If you did not receive a shipment notification email please check your Spam folder, the automation tools send these emails 100% of the time. If you need another copy, please email us and we will be happy to resend the information.
Online Updates - Some online updates of tracking or package information can take 24-48hrs to appear. Please have patience if the information you receive via email is not available online immediately.
Combined Shipping Discounts
We do provide for about a 50% discount on the S/H for each additional similar item purchased. Some large, bulky or heavy items cannot be easily combined for safe shipping and discounts.
Each item should display the combined discount in the Shipping and Handling area at the end of the ad posting.
For purchases of more than 2 or 3 items you may want to contact us directly for the best shipping discounts available as the eBay automated checkout tools do not always do the best job of combined S/H calculations on larger orders.
Some larger combined purchases may be shipped via a different carrier or shipping method as appropriate for each shipment.
Insurance
Insurance is optional for both domestic and international shipments. The cost is listed at the end of each eBay ad posting.
NOTE: We ship "FOB Origin", so you legally own the product as soon as we give it to the carrier. If it is lost or damaged and not insured, you are accepting all legal and financial responsibility for any such loss.
Shipping Damage or Loss: In the unlikely event an item is damaged or lost in transit we will work closely with you in these rare cases to insure a rapid resolution. The purchase of optional insurance both speeds up the process and insures liability on the part of the shipment carrier. Claims rejected by the carrier where optional insurance was not purchased may not be honored.
Damaged shipment claim must be made with us within 48hrs of receipt of the item. The shipment carriers damage claim process must be completed prior to distribution of reimbursement or replacement (at our sole discretion dependent on availability of replacement stock).
Lost shipment claims must also be made by us though the shipment carriers claims process. The shipment carriers lost package claim process must be completed prior to distribution of reimbursement or replacement (at our sole discretion dependent on availability of replacement stock). Loss claims are subject to the time frames set forth by each carrier. For the USPS a minimum of 30 days before a domestic lost package claim is usually required.
Shipping / Handling / Insurance fees are non-refundable - These expenses are paid to third parties and non-recoverable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* These items are NEW factory sealed overstock items from a company no longer in the business of selling this product. These items have been in storage for more than three years and may show signs of "aging" in the original packaging. This usually consists of a faint white powder collecting on the surface of the item from the plastic bags they are sealed in changing over time. This is powder that will wipe right off of the surface of the item and not affect performance in any way. We just want to make you aware up front of this possibility so you understand what has occurred if your item shows this sign of aging in the factory sealed packaging. These are seasonal items with packaging designed to only be used for a few months at most, not multiple years as is the case with this overstock product. The outer packaging can also show signs of ware as "overstock" products like this tend to move from warehouse to warehouse before finally ending up for sale to the public again.
*It is VERY important that you insure your Fog Machine, (Not Included), supports this type of connector for the control and timing of the fog bursts. This item does NOT connect to the power plug on the Fog Machine, it takes the place of the MANUAL burst control on your Fog Machine.
