Item Condition: The item is an open-package product, and does not ship in the plastic store packaging. The product we sell has probably been used at some point, but is physically and functionally in near perfect condition. Each amplifier is carefully tested and comes complete with all the accessories you get in the store bought version, ready to install and enjoy. It is an excellent value. The Motorola Signal Booster comes with two six-foot cables, power supply, and detailed instructions. We also provide a 14-day Operational Satisfaction Guarantee. If your product fails to perform as advertised within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. However due to the low cost of this item, the buyer is ALWAYS responsible for extra shipping charges for warranty exchange. If you wish to return the product within 14 days, we will accept return of the product in the same condition in which you received it (no damage). We will refund your purchase price, but not the shipping costs.
Payment: Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction. I prefer Paypal. Cashier's check, certified check or Postal money order are also acceptable. Do not bid if you do not intend to pay, and PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and CONFIRMED PayPal SHIPPING ADDRESS. Shipments will only be made to the CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS. If the high bidder fails to make contact within 3 business days of the end of the auction, Seller reserves the right to relist the item immediately without further notice. Non-payers will be reported to eBay. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please notify us when making payments via check or money order.
Shipping: The winner pays flat shipping charge of $10.00 via USPS Priority Mail. To keep costs down, we charge a flat shipping rate. Any free shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian shipments. Canadian buyers pay a flat $25 shipping rate, via USPS Global Express Mail. No shipments outside of the US Canada. US shipment is generally made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours, please send us an email. Canadian shipments are shipped once per week, because we have to physically take the packages and stand in line at the post office.
