With that said, you are bidding on a used Motorola Digital Cable Box DCT2524/1612 Descrambler Comcast CATV Converter- Model DCT2524/1612 #G14514NCO836. This cable box is in excellent condition. It includes the power cord and remote. It can be hooked up to a phone line or cable for ppv if required. This box powers on and works perfectly. It has been checked for proper functioning when it was left behind by our tenants that were deported back to Columbia. Please purchase this converter to help recoop my cost of refurbishing the apartment they left a total mess.
It is the buyers responsibilty to contact their cable provider to see if this box is compatible with the company, but it was used with a Comcast Cable System.

· Unless specifically noted, all equipment sold is used, but guaranteed to be working on arrival and not doa. Most items will not include manuals, packaging, etc. If a part is not explicitly pictured or listed in the text above, assume it is not included. We use photos of all our items. We do not use photos of other seller’s items as our own.
· 7-Day DOA Warranty: You have one week from receipt of your item to verify that it works, as it should. In the event of defects that were not noted in the auction description we would take the item back for a full refund less shipping or work out a partial refund less shipping that is agreeable to both parties. No Warranty on as-is items. NOTE: Defective means "physically broken," not that it did not work for your application or that additional materials are required to use the item. Not responsible for compatibility issues. Shipping costs to you or returning to me is never refunded.
· In regard to computer equipment and parts: We expect you to know the specifications of your computer system and have the knowledge to install and troubleshoot your purchase. If you need assistance in determining if the item will work, contact your computer manufacturer, your local computer shop or our websites for more information and helpful tips. While we do not know all the parts that will work with various machines, at least we will be honest to tell you that we do not recommend that you make the purchase so you are not stuck with something that will not work. We do not recommend that you install any of the new technology parts in any machine that is older then a year as there are probably compatibility issues that will arise. We also recommend that you know what your computer specifications are before making a bid as most problems are because people buy an item based on picture or price and don't realize it will not work on their current system. Software CD’s and licenses must be insured in the event they are damaged in shipping otherwise they are non-refundable. Read descriptions carefully and check computer specifications prior to bidding on software as they are non-refundable.
· PAYMENT: Payment is expected in seven (7) days. The following forms of Payment for this auction will be accepted: Checks (personal checks will be held to clear), Money Orders (U.S. Postal Money Orders preferred as I cash them when I ship the items), and Paypal. · FEEDBACK POLICY: I take pride in my feedback. I have a Reciprocal Feedback Policy. By leaving feedback for me, it signifies to me that you have received your item. Once you leave feedback for me, I will leave feedback for you. This policy insures honest feedback from buyers and eliminates unprofessional feedback from novice, dishonest, and immature buyers. This seller does not assume any responsibility for uninsured mail. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery of an item that has Delivery Confirmation. Please email me with any problems with regard to shipping before leaving feedback. I do NOT participate in REVENGE feedback. I leave honest feedback about the transaction. For example, if an item was returned undeliverable or unable to forward and the buyer leaves negative feedback for non-receipt, I will honestly state these facts to the buyer. · SHIPPING: Winner pays shipping. United States only. This does not include any postal insurance. Insurance is optional. $0.01 to $50.00 $1.65, $50.01 to $100.00 $2.05, $100.01 to $200.00 $2.25, $200.01 to $300.00 $4.75, $300.01 to $400.00 $5.50, $400.01 to $500.00 $6.50, $500.01 to $600.00 $7.50. I take care in packaging my items and may include USPS Delivery Confirmation at no charge on all items shipped Priority Mail. But I assume no responsibility for any package once it leaves my hands. IF YOU DO NOT INSURE YOUR ITEM, LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED. All items shipped via USPS are shipped the first or second day after payment is received. Larger items may require a couple days for packaging. You will get an email from USPS stating your item is in its system and on the way. All large items are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
· SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs on my items are calculated through the eBay system. All boxes are professionally weighted prior to listing the item. Because the USPS no longer provides free Priority mail packaging tape, it is necessary to charge a small packing and handling fee to cover the cost of the labels and tape used to seal your item, I rarely charge for packing materials unless I have to go out and purchase them. We recycle from others or use our own recycled shredding in an effort to be green.
· BIDDING POLICIES: Deadbeat and non-paying bidders don't even think of bidding if you don't plan on paying and following through with the auction. Negative feedback is left for all non-paying bidders and they are also placed on my blocked bidder list. The majority of my negative feedback is in retaliation for negative feedback I have left for deadbeat bidders or the result of finding Shill bidders and winning their items. Do not even think of bidding on my items if you are a minor. I will not complete the auction and will report you to eBay if I find out you are a minor. Do not bid if you have a feedback of less that 10. Email Schwinncoll@bellsouth.net for prior approval for bidding if you have feedback of less that 10. In other words no newbies please as I have found out they are sometimes deadbeat bidders.
· SMALL PRINT: I am as truthful as possible in the description of my items. I will answer questions on any of my auctions as soon as possible. I am usually online every day, checking auctions, bidding and listing items. I usually do not set a reserve on my items. I may or may not release the reserve on the item being sold. If you do not agree with the selling price, postage, payment method or any one of above terms and conditions, please DO NOT BID. Once you have placed a bid, it implies that you totally agree with all Terms and Conditions set forth above and are bound to a sales contract.
