We accept cash-in-person, checks, money orders and Paypal. Winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 10 days. If payment has not been received within 10 days of auction end, the item will be relisted.

- Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
- Yes, combined shipping discount will be applied automatically during checkout. You must combine all your orders at a Kyozou checkout before paying. Separate orders are not entitled for a combined shipping discount.
- I want to buy 3 items from you, do I have to pay $15 in handling fees on pick-up (5$ for each item)?
- No, you pay $5 handling fee once per pick-up.

- Do you offer any warranties on your items?
- There are NO warranties unless specified otherwise. DOA items are covered under our exchange policy and must be reported within 7 days of the item's arrival. Items that break or stop performing while in your possession are not entitled for an exchange.
