MAJOR PROBLEM: THE UNIT DOES NOT POWER ON AND MAY HAVE VARIOUS INTERNAL PROBLEMS WE ARE NOT AWARE OF.
THE LCD SCREEN IS BROKEN OFF FROM ONE OF THE HINGES AND IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN SYSTEM, IT IS NOT CRACKED INTERNALLY. THE DVD PLAYER IS MISSING FROM THE MAIN ENCLOSURE. THERE ARE SOME SCRATCHES AND SCUFF MARKS AROUND THE PLASTIC CASING AND ON THE SCREEN ( SEE PICTURES 2 - 5).

The only pick-up location we have is in Concord (Vaughan), just a few blocks north of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. If you would like to schedule a pick-up, please follow the Checkout process, where our pick-up address and telephone number will be provided. A handling fee applies to each item being picked up (13% tax applies). This fee is stated on each auction in the box to the left. We only accept cash (USD & CAD currency) as a method of payment for pick-ups.

If within ten (10) days after the auction has ended, a payment has not been received, or an item is not scheduled for pick-up/money order, then the item will be re-listed and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened.

5% GST - Items shipped outside of Ontario
5% GST & 8% PST - Items shipped within Ontario or picked up
We do not apply taxes to items that are shipped to the USA.

SHIPPING
- If an item is available for shipping, you will see a shipping calculator at the top of the auction page.
- The U. S. A. imposes Customs duty fees / importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country. If an item sells for more than $200.00 USD and is being shipped to the U. S. A., then a fee of roughly $30 USD will apply (which also covers UPS brokerage processing). We do not cover these fees. Customers are responsible for payment of such fees. The price of all fees is announced to the receiver at the time of delivery or via a bill from UPS. Remember: no such fees will apply if an item is shipped within Canada or an auction sells for less than $200.00 USD.
- Items are shipped out Monday to Friday. We strive to ship items within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received.
- We only ship with UPS.
- All items are insured. $1.00 is automatically added to the shipping price for every $100.00 in value (auction price).
- We only ship within Canada and to the U. S. A.
- The Handling Fee you may see above applies to local pick-ups only and is not added on to shipping rates.
- We do NOT ship to P. O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
- Due to the way our warehouse is set up, Combined Package Shipping is NOT offered.
AS-IS ITEMS
Items sold as-is would be stated as such in the ITEM REPORT section of the auction. As-is items are just that: sold the way they are. No guarantees are made whatsoever under any circumstance. Bid on as-is items at your own risk. No policy/warranty/guarantee will ever cover an as-is item. Once you receive an as-is item, you are on your own. You are agreeing to this by placing a bid on the auction.
OUR PRODUCTS
- All of our items have either been store displays, are simply open-box items, end-of-line products, or perhaps customer returns.
- None of our items are refurbished.
- No original manufacturer warranty is included.
DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL (D. O. A.) PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. Items that are sold guaranteed against D. O. A. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy. Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. Once an item is shipped back, it will be replaced or a refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered. MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT!
