U. S. A. customers are responsible for payment of duty fees, taxes, and Canada Post brokerage fees, for any item that sells for $200.00 USD or higher. This cost is paid to UPS and will be around $30 USD. This is separate from the shipping cost.
We attempt to ship items within 48 hours after payment is received. All items are insured. The insurance is automatically added on to the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Return Policy: We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and try to provide the highest level of service and excellence. Items that are sold to be guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival), are tested for functionality, and are covered for a return only if any problem is reported to us immediately. Items that are sold as-is are not covered for a return. If an item is not working properly or is not-as-described, then it is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, our policy expires and we cannot accept the item back. It is your responsibility to ship back an item. Return shipping costs are not covered. Once we receive an item, we will attempt to replace it. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Customs Forms:We do love our International Buyers! We mark all of our customs forms as (gift) items, valued at the amount that you paid for it (minus shipping).
Confirmed Addresses: If you are paying with PayPal, please include your confirmed address. We ship to confirmed addresses only (both US and International).
Additional Info: All items are overstock, open-box, or return merchandise. None of our items come with any manufacturer warranty. If you have any concerns please e-mail us rather than immediately going ahead to leave Negative Feedback. We will try our best to resolve any situation that may arise within reasonable and plausible means.
Zero to 4 Feedback Buyers: If you are a first time buyer with ebay, this section is for you. Due to the seller obligations with Paypal it is required that our items be shipped with tracking numbers. Due to competition on ebay and other sellers we try to provide the best shipping price as possible; this means that some of our items will not come with tracking numbers but our customers will still receive the item quickly. By our feedback, 99.9% of our items reach our customers without problem; the saying "it probably just got lost in the mail," is not an easy term to accept, especially when it comes from those who have just registered with ebay. eBay is based on "trust," and we highly value that "trust."
If you are a new buyer with a feedback score of 5 or less with a rating percentage below 98% we will subject you to pay for tracking on an item. If it's a large item it will probably have no bearing, because most likely the item will have tracking already assigned to it; however if it is a letter sized item, the cost may increase by as much as $12 dollars, this is not profit we intend on putting "in our pocket." This is the cost to insure a small item within Canada. If you feel this is not fair, find us first. We will try our best to resolve any situation that may arise within reasonable and plausible means.

Winning bidders must make payment arrangements within THREE days of the auction end date. If a payment has not been received within TEN days after the auction has ended, then the item will be re-listed and a Non-paying Bidder Alert will be issued. All provinces within Canada are exempt from the GST
