Our office hours are Mon-Fri from 10am-5pm PST. We are not open on Saturday and Sunday. Orders that come in after 11AM PST will be shipped the next business day.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent.
USPS requires additional 2 days of Handling time + the 2-4 days Transit time. So, the total delivery time is about 4 to 6 days.
Delivery confirmation number is available on all USPS shipments.
