With all the guitars and all the phones in the world, you would think a guitar-shaped telephone would be easy to find. Not so.
Sure, you can always buy a $35 Mini Stratocaster phone, but they're delicate and fragile.
Or you can spring for a $169 Les Paul Guitar and Amp phone, but that's a collector's item and hard to use.
This is the only realistic acoustic guitar phone you will ever see. The speaker is on the back of the tuning pegs, and the mic is on the back of the fretboard. The "on-the-hook" button is on the back of the guitar, so it sits flat on a desk or table. When it rings, you just grab it like you would a real guitar.
Grab it by the neck with gusto - this durable phone can take it.
As you hold the guitar phone to your face, the taut nylon strings in your palm make it feel like you are holding a real guitar. If you are a guitarist, it's a feeling of security that you know and love.
Though the strings are real nylon, the tuning pegs are non-functioning, and you cannot play like a real guitar. However, you can strum it and change the sounds by fingering different frets.
As you might expect, it sounds a little bit like a cheap ukulele.
Brand new in attractive box with one-year warranty
The box shows two different colors. You will receive the wood finish shown on the left here, and in all the other pics. It looks reddish in this auction, but actually it's plastic with a laquered finish, designed to look like a miniature Martin guitar.
Do you play?
