This receiver is in refurbished/like new condition/In the original shipping material and box with all original contents including Phone line, A/V Cable, (1) "F" type RF cable, AAA batteries, (1) Remote IR, and all Original Manuals are inside.
The Card is #S003412030425 and it matches the reciever . As soon as installation is complete call Dish Network @ 1-800-333-3474 and activate, or go online and do it from the privacy of your home. This reciever was purchased from a storage sale and has been sitting for a while, a free receiver firmware update may be needed before activation.
This is a single room reciever designed for use in the Dish NowYA prepaid access program. No credit checks, no contracts or minimum activation time. It's all up to you. You can buy as much or as little programming as you like. It works like this, you put a monetary value on the card much like a pre-paid credit card say 120.00 (just for reference sake). You could use the prepaid card 3 times for 40.00 worth of programming each month, or you could use the full 120.00 in one activation to get a full range of programming one month, and then the following month go back to the original 40.00 package just by activating the card with more monetary when it's out. This would be perfect for a college student, or someone on a varying monthly income. Or perhaps someone who travels and wanted to directly control their TV access when home.
Due to the nature of this type of auction it is sold "AS-IS", but guarenteed not to be D.O.A. If your the high bidder on any other items i may have listed, contact me about combining items for reduced shipping fees. I only charge up front cost directly assocciated with shipping these types of receivers through USPS Priority mail, and these recievers will only be shipped by the above mentioned method unless weight or package size requires a commercial carrier.

Shipping is to U.S. Confirmed Physical Addresses Only. NO P.O. Boxes. If you live in a rural area with P.O. box pick-up only, then UPS ground (brown) service will be substituted. Buyer must pay any differences over the flat rate fee. Generally the flat fee assocciated with my listed auctions are based upon USPS priority (2-3 day parcel) fee's with a package of this type/size. In certain cases UPS maybe substituted for about the same relative price for the seller to ship (+/- 2.75$ US) to final destination(s) not supported by USPS service(s).
