This receiver is in refurbished/Great condition/In the original shipping material and box with all original contents including Phone line, A/V Cable, (1) "F" type RF cable, (4) AAA batteries, (1) IR/UHF Combo Remote, UHF Remote Antenna, S-Video Cable and all Original Manuals are inside.
The Receiver is #R0056061933 and it includes a yellow card. As soon as installation is complete call Dish Network @ 1-800-333-3474 and activate, or go online and do it from the privacy of your home. This reciever was purchased from a storage sale and has been sitting for a while, a free receiver firmware update may be needed before activation.
