This is not my personal unit so when I called Dish Network they confirmed, This Is an owned unit and not leased. The previous owner of this unit upgraded and there is no balance owed on this receiver, there are no pending PPV purchases and is ready to activate, but you should call Dish Network with the above receiver info and check for your own piece of mind. I tested the unit and it powers up and gets previews. This auction comes with one ex sub Dish Network Satellite receiver, and the ex sub card that goes with it. This is a perfect receiver for you to own and not lease to add to any spare room.
