All sales are final. All items sold AS-IS without any kind of warranty expressed whatsoever, no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise started in the item description.
POSTAGE / INSURANCE:
Buyer to pay shipping charges. Alaska and Hawaii residents pay actual shipping plus $3.00 packaging fee. See description for shipping charges. All shipments are insured (unless specifically stated in the description that the item can not be insured), in case of goods damaged in shipment bidders will be reimbursed for the AMOUNT OF BID ONLY, upon case settlement with carrier. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges if the item is going to be sent back to us. Money for damaged in shipment goods will be returned only after carriers payment for the settlement has been received!
PAYMENT:
Payment may be made by PayPal ONLY and must be received within ten (10) days of auction end. PayPal users - we will only ship to confirmed addresses. You must reply to our winning bidder notification e-mail within 72 hours of auction end. All forms of payment must clear or have funds deposited in our bank account before items are shipped - no exception. If payment is not received by within 10 days of auction end for U.S. bidders or if we do not hear from you within 72 hours of auction end item will be re-listed for sale.
