Shipping and handling charges are for 3 to 7 business-day Standard Delivery to U.S. destinations; some orders may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

We may ship outside the USA using USPS Global Priority or Express Mail, or using the customer's UPS, DHL or FedEX account.

Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, and check received from the insurance company (may take more than 6 weeks) before sending out replacement item, if available (otherwise a refund will be issued)
