This is a used Dish Network 301 receiver. It is in very good condition and works very well. Model :DP301. A card is included as well as a remote. The remote is in good condition and doesn't show much wear on the buttons.
I have not used it since I have gotten a receiver with DVR and HD capabilities and I don't need it anywhere else in the house.
I don't think these receivers are still sold by Dish Network. I bought them when you still had to buy the equipment rather than lease it from Dish Network, like you do now. The receiver still works great and you can continue to use it for a monthly fee.
