Payment Payment is due within 2 days of purchase or the close of an auction. We Prefer Paypal. If you want to use a different payment method, please e-mail us BEFORE you buy for approval. We accept Cashiers Checks, Bank Checks and Money Orders regularly. Due to our ADULT signature REQUIREMENTS we will sometimes ship to unconfirmed addresses, but we will verify the address ourselves. Fees We do not collect sales taxes. We do not boost shipping charges with handling fees.
Shipping We ship with DHL, Fedex, UPS Ground or USPS to APO or PO Boxes, our choice, using fixed shipping costs. We offer "GET IT FAST" as an option for those who wish to use this service. Next day air can cost up to $75 and in our opinion is not worth the expense. In the case of shipping damage, DO NOT USE THE ITEM. Please take photos and e-mail/send to us for immediate resolution and/or replacement of affected product. We ship business days only, no weekends. Orders placed over the weekend usually ship on Mondays or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday. Actual delivery time is usually from 1 to 4 days. ***Please send your phone number for shipping purposes.***
Delivery We usually ship the item the next business day after reciept of cleared payment. We will ship your item as quickly as possible. We do not ship weekends or holidays. Monday and post holiday shipping times are up to 2 business days after cleared payment. We ship ASAP in all cases. We WANT you satisfied and we want your referrals of family and friends. We insure most shipments and also usually require an Adult signature for delivery for YOUR protection. We want YOU to get YOUR product.
Refunds Returns Refunds will be given if item is different than description. Returns will be accepted for new and unused items only and MUST be in the original packaging. If an item has had fuel in it, then it is used and may not be returned for refund. Returns must have prior approval and must be in new unused condition together with all original packaging, parts and information. Return request must be within the first 7 days of reciept of delivery. Shipping charges are not returned and return shipping is at the buyers expense.
