You are bidding on a NEW pvc plastic brief case insert. The insert is black soft pvc plastic stiched over a cardstock panel. The pallet can be permanently mounted into a case if you wish to. it can be used loose as well. The pallet is 17" wide x 11-1/2" high . The insert has a sealed pocket with a snap closure flap for a calculatoror specialty items. There are 3 pen or pencil slots and 2 card pockets as well as 3 separate paper spaces , all you need to organize an existing case. You could add this to your existing brief case or install it in the lid of a utility case and have paper work handy.
