Shipping Terms:
1. Buyer pays for all postage costs.
2. Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
3. Pick up and C.O.D are not possible. No exception.
4. The items will be shipped via HONG KONG by Express Post.
5. We do send the item as "Gift". Though we do not cover any Customs charges when they very occasionally occur.
6. Item will be delivered within 48 hours except weekend and holiday after payment been received in full.
7.The parcel is shipped from Hong Kong by air mail service, estimated arrival time for most items is 10 - 15 business days.
Refund and Return Policy :
1. Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.
2. We will however offer a replacement if the item we send you is defective on delivery (DOA) if we are notified within 48 hours after delivery.
3. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories or a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchange or warranty service.
4. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
