By bidding on our auctions, bidders are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our warranty return policies.
The successful bidder will need to complete the sale transaction within 14 days from the end of auction unless agreed by seller.

No pick-ups unless otherwise stated in the listing.
For any issues, contacting us will be the easiest and quickest way. We do whatever it takes to make our buyers happy.
We ship the next day from Sydney when your payment is confirmed. Delivery can be expected within 1 week in most cases.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in Australia and up to 4 weeks for buyers overseas although it usually comes a lot sooner.
We highly recommend insurance and no responsibilities will be taken for lost or damaged parcels without insurance paid or included.
We charge actual postage in most cases and there are handling fees for some items. No refund will be give for overpaid p/h.

For all warranties claims, goods must be returned to the seller first at buyer's cost including incorrect item sent by River Trade Pty Ltd.
