We are currently one of the largest professional video equipment dealers in the Northeast, ranked in terms of sales. We are authorized dealers for approximately one hundred manufacturers, including Panasonic Broadcast Television Systems Company (Flagship Dealer), and Sony Broadcast Professional Group, and are the Sony Broadcast Representative for NH, ME, and VT. We have been in business since 1978. We are located in New Hampshire and are open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard time (excluding major Holidays).

Payment
We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We will not accept any other form of payment. If we receive another payment type we will return it to you. You must make the payment within 7 day of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be reported as non-paying bidder after 7 days.
Shipping
We Ship Via FedEx Express Saver Monday through Friday. We ship only in the United States, no exceptions, so please don't ask. Buyer to pay shipping charges. We insure everything over $150.00; this cost is included in shipping charge. Flat rate shipping costs are good only in the Continental United States, if you are in Alaska or Hawaii please email us for a quote. We usually ship within 3 business days, however sometimes it takes longer and could take up to 10 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days please contact us. We can expedite shipping if you pay through Paypal and ship to a confirmed address.
Feedback Policy

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for purchases made on eBay except when due to Manufacturer's defect. If an item is defective you must contact us within 10 days so we can issue you return authorization #. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization #. We do not take returns for buyer's remorse or buyer's error, so if you are not sure ask before you bid or purchase.
Warranty
The written warranty of the manufacturer or supplier is the only warranty applicable to goods sold by Great Northern Video. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
