This swivel stand is manufactured by the Lovan company. The condition of this item is brand new in the factory box. I personally use this stand for a 75lb- 27 inch tube type television. I also use it for a 42 inch plasma TV. The quality of these swivels are exceptional (no binding or tilting). A must have for any home theater system.
