This is a new BNC female to MX style adaptor as pictured below that is is compatible with the Motorola radios that use the MX style connector as well as Maxon, Tekk and many Midland portable radios that used an MX style connector. The device allows you to connect your radio to a service monitor or allows you to operate through an external antenna on your car or at home for greater range.
