We ship within 3 business days of confirming payment.
We ship to your registered address in PayPal and it usually takes 7-15 business days for international delivery.
Parcel will be sent as GIFT, and in most case you will not be charged any customs fees or VAT.
:: Return Terms
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA, please send your request over email or eBay message. Remember your request must contain product failure detailed description. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.
RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned parcel.
The customer pays shipping for all returns and we would pay the cost when sending back.
All claims for DOA( defect on arrival) must be made within the first 7 days of arrival.
Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Important: Any order determined to be canceled before shipment for below reasons, 5% of the total price would be charged for relisting cost.
