This sale is being conducted for the purpose of disposing of surplus property no longer useful to EASTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY.
Property is sold as-is and where is:
There is absolutely no guarantee on any item. Some items may have broken, worn or missing parts. Any known defects are included in the item description. The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to purchase and is final.

3. Contact us prior to purchasing if you are having moving company pick up.
Local pickup:
1. Items must be paid for with in 10 calendar days after end of auction.
2. Please bring enough manpower to load items.
3. Please call 1-859-622-3517 for pick up appointment.
4. Pick up hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, closed most holidays.
5. Loading dock available in most cases.
6. Paid items not picked up within 21 days will be re-listed and sold.
Shipping:
1. Whenever possible we will combine items to minimize the cost.
2. UPS is utilized for shipping within the United States.
3. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Payment:
1. Payment for items due in 10 calendar days after end of auction PayPal preferred.
2. Kentucky residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.
3. Tax exempt buyers must have a valid Kentucky resale certificate on file with us.

At stoplight # 7 turn between Kentucky State Police headquarters and football stadium onto Roy and Sue Kidd way. At the next stoplight turn right onto John Hanlon Drive 35-50 feet turn right onto Paul Van Hoose Drive. Drive to Chad Middleton service complex turn right between 2 buildings central stores/Eku surplus is in the middle on the right.
