This monitor is brand new only opened for pictures and to make sure it works.. It is a 19" wide monitor raw with mounting plate so you will need to mount this in a cabinet or on the wall.The wiring is also included,the only thing is the touch interface wire is serial port so a conversion to usb will be needed for your computer. It has a 3m touch overlay so you can just go to 3ms web sight for the software.This screen works and looks great!!!
