All US shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the types of products purchased. For First Class Mail, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less Shipping & Handling Fee within 30 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS).
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
